Default Few random problems...please help

Hey guys, Well I finally purchased an sc300 after about a year looking for one... with this car their are a couple things wrong before it being perfect in my eyes. Now I am a little picky but these are just simply things from coming from my is300, that always worked, and now on the sc, they don't.

1. The steering wheel electronic tilt does not work at all, doesn't make a sound like it grinding or missing the gear, just simply does not do anything, what are my options here as to moving the steering wheel another way? Also, what are the easiest/cheapest fixes up to the most expensive/hardest fixes in order to start at the easiest and work my way up. For example, fuse replacement being first to an entire new motor being last... I've looked up a bunch on this but everyone seemed to either have some movement or it was just off the alignment gear.. mine simply does nothing.

2. The automatic seat on the passenger side's back portion does not go down with the electric seat controller, it goes back and forth, but not down without using the manual hand lever of course, but I want the electric to work...

3. Also the very far left a/c vent does not work... doesn't blow doesn't do anything... all of the rest work flawlessly.

4. Lastly , the passenger and driver seats "back cushion adjuster" sorry dont know the name of it, but basically the thing that either makes the back of the seat more stiff or less, they do not work at all on either one. Doesnt do anything, and once again doesn't even make a sound like it's attempting to adjust.

I kind of think they might simply be missing the fuses or all blown or something? Is each individual vent a separate fuse? Do all or any of these even use fuses? Thanks for any help guys. Sorry if these questions have been asked, it's just I searched a few pages for each question, answered most of mine, but these 4 things are the only ones that I had a little more of specific situations than other people that I could find.

This might help regarding fuses, not sure if the link will work for you or what year your car is.

the tilt is an easy fix from wjat ive seen here, there is a very good DIY on how to fix it for only a few bucks, apparently one of the rubber washers comes loose and the teeth go off track, or something like that. if you google 'tilt steering repair' for sc300/400 it should come right up.

sorry cant help with anything else.

1 ***** 1 , I know of the DIY, that is not what is wrong with mine as everyone in that post hears the motor trying to move, while mine makes no sound at all.

this, the motor might not necessary be having any play to make the noise.

3. check if the vent is opening and closing when you adjust it manually, if not you can remove the dash and make sure all routing is correct and nothing is blocking the air flow
