I dont think its been done. I had toyed with the idea of it, and still wouldnt mind going that route.

I would say if you already have the pedal box, set it in, take measurements and go from there...and post plenty of pics, as I will copy your setup

Haha yeah I will when I get back. I don't have pics but I already mounted a 3/16" plate on the floor round about where it will go. Waiting on my cf/ fiberglass stuff to get here so I can make the new dash and get it in ASAP so I can get moving on this.

It has been done, on ueno's soarer D1 car, on that autobahn race car soarer I'm sure, you don't have to say you wanna know if it's been done, we know you just wanna show us. So please, show us! Race car parts are always fun to look at =D especially when it's someone in the U.S.

Tilton pedals right? I thought there was threaded bolt wholes underneath the pedals that you could use. I never done one my self but I saw one done and the guy just did welded a floor bracket then just threaded the bracket for the pedals and then one through the floor with the bolts going all the way through with nuts on the other end. what master cylinders are you using because he ended up spending close to $2500 for his whole setup but that was also a couple years back.

I have the plastic tilton 3 chamber res. I really wanted the nice one but it wont be able to be seen from under the dash anyways so no matter. I like the one's that twins turbo did in Dan B's supra so sick but thats big $$$$$. I am still piecing the parts together. Right now I am just planning on making a flat 3/16" plate on the floor and some support behind it and hardlining it all together rather than braided and have to worry about braided. Just I know the plate will have to have some serious strength to it so makes me worry. I am tig'ing it all together so I know it will be strong and 3/16 is some heavy stuff so should be fine. I was thinking of making another plate integrate into the tranny tunnel perpendicular to the floor plate. This is why I wanted to find someone on here that has done this before.
