Power seat doesnot go up/dn bck tilt but does fwd/bck and front tilt?

My driver side seat only goes forward, backward, and front tilt but doesnot do up/down and backward tilt, is there any quick fix?
I seem lot of post on the power seat but none like mine, any help would be appreciated!
