New hood, bumper, fender, headlights and repair the fender frame mounting points. I know it seems like a lot of work, but you're looking at $600-700 for the parts, a little labor for fixing the fender frame, and about $300 in paint.

For $1,000 you can fix your car.

But, with the $3,200 offer and another $1,000, you can probably buy another one again. Maybe even a 97+ if you look hard enough.

I wouldn't settle for $3200. You are able to negotiate with them by showing them receipts for everything and all work that has been done. When I got in an accident in my first car (96 Honda Accord) 3 years ago, i had done all kind of maintenance work to it right before the accident. They came back with a $2500 offer, I said no and faxed them all the paperwork/receipts, and they ended up giving me $3800. So it's worth it to negotiate with them, as you know what your car is worth.
