Supra prices "ticking" down? SC's prices "ticking" up?

Supra prices "ticking" down? SC's prices "ticking" up?
I've been toying with the idea of selling my SC. So I started to do some market research. And I've noticed that the prices for a Supra is starting to tick down. Meanwhile, the prices for our SC's are ticking up... I've seen at least 5-10 Supras (MK IV) for below $13k in decent condition. And at least 5 SC's for $13k plus. I know that these numbers are just asking prices. But the idea that there is an increase of SC owners willing to ask for top dollar is interesting.
Am I the only one that have notice this shift?
Has the majority of garbage SC's been "sold out"?
Is the cream of the crop starting to rise to the top?
Has the Supra phenomenon run its course?
Has the line between Supra and SC start to fade?
What are your thoughts?

I've also noticed supra's getting cheaper now.
Saw an NA 6-speed with 67k miles selling for $16k a little while ago.
I haven't really noticed SC's ticking upwards though. The only ones I see going for much more than 5,000 either have crazy low mileage or desirable mods and in good condition.

SC's might be going up a little in prices, but than again, all car prices are rising. Cobalt's are going for as much as a really nice SC. Supra's are a little higher I guess as well. There have been 92's an 93's for 10k-13k around...I have been tempted...

the only prices you have mentioned that sound way different than normal are the 5 sc's for 12k. They would have to be some really special SC's and Im not sure they will be getting anywhere close to that, unless you are talking about modified SC's.
a stock na mk4 supra for 13k does not sound lower than normal if its auto and especially if it needs some body or engine work.

Don't get me wrong. By no means am I say that SC's are at the price point of a Supra. But I am saying that there is a higher volume of $12k plus SC's on the market. A few years ago you would see maybe 2 high priced SC's. But now, you will see 5-6 at a time and not even raise your eyebrows.. I agree that the $12k-$15k have "some" mods, but nothing outrageous (i.e. roll cages etc.) Could it be that "We", SC owners are getting older/more mature?

I haven't noticed this much myself in terms of unmodified SC's. GTE swapped SC's have always commanded a bit more as do some desirable modifications that make them more like an MKIV TT. It totally depends on the car and its condition.
