Hi, I want to put a full wood dash kit in my 92 SC300. If anyone knows where I can find a quality kit please let me know. THANKS.

GOLDSc300,

Other people have asked this question and came to the following conclusions.

#1. Factory wood is SATIN finish and all dash kits are GLOSSY.

#2. Wood doesn't look right when they are stuck over the plastic and not flush.

#3. The fit and quality of ALL the kits are about the same because they use a standard industry template. The stereo/a-c parts never look good.

#4. Try carbon fiber and redo it all??

#5. The plastic stock is cleaner overall.

Thanks for the advise. Another question: How hard would it be to put in a wood steering wheel, like on the new LS430, and SC430?

GOLDSc300,

You need to search for this stuff. I really think you will be delighted to find that these questions have been addressed several times. If I give you the short version of the answer, it will just lead you to more questions. Being that, I will refer you to this. Link

Default Well..

IMO...dont' do it. Wood doesn't match and it cheapens the car.
