Default bad ecu?

So i was checking the codes the other day and the check engine light just blinked at the same pace. No pauses or anything just a steady blink. Could it be a bad ecu?

Continually blinking light means no codes stored if I'm not mistaken. I'm having a similar issue right now as well.
