hmmm first suspect would be the battery- but to be sure you have to check whether while you run the car (for atleast 20 minutes) to charge the system, is the batter mantaining sufficient charge? (is the battery actually getting charged)

if the battery isnt getting charged, its may not only be the battery's problem- check the alternator, it could be the alternator

annyyywaaays... let us know what happens, maybe try to swap in another battery see if it works

i don't think its the altenator b/c after i put in the new bat i started the car for 10minutes and then turned it off...the battarie drained out w/ the car off, so something is sucking up the battarie.

Ali,

You need to DRIVE the car for the altenator to charge. The SC does not charge at idle. If you store the car then get a battery minder that tests and charges. If you ARE driving the car, then I would check the ground cables and terminals for good contact etc..

If this doesn't work, then you need to unplug it all and look for a short in the car.

   UH OH, so your saying that since i put my SC in storage that this will probably happen to me!!?!??

What can i do to avoid this problem?? It has been away for about a month or so by now. so how can i avoid this problem, i have been starting it and letting it idle to turn the fluids over. But i dont want the alternator going bad....

Kevin,

Who said your altenator would go bad? You will need to charge your battery after you store it.... whats the big deal? I would go to where you stored it and pull the ground cable off your battery till you are ready to drive it again.
