Both look real clean and in great shape externally. Either one is a find.

The "grey" one is actually Silver Spruce Metallic (the same color as my '92 that has been repainted in the matching color.... ).

I am in Northern California....

Thought you already bought one -_- Lol
But yeah both look clean. I would lean towards the one with all the records tho instead of the one that sat for years. That Silver tho

The SC models are extremely reliable but like with all 20 yr old cars there are things that will need TLC. I bought my SC400 with 160k on it and it was not well taken care of and I drove it until around 205k and now Im fixing it up for one of the boys But when I bought it at the time I had three boys (now 3boys and a girl) and I also had a GS300 and everytime I went somewhere with 1 or all 3 boys they always wanted to take the SC.

i have a 92 sc300 and it has 272k miles and i never have any problems, just new plugs wires and oil changes and i daily drive it. Also i never turn down a race on the freeway lol great cars, super reliable i would go with the white one personally

It sound like you need a fuel efficient 4 door...like other have said b4 the sc is a great car but not for the family scene.

Pros: Awesome car
With a maintained vehicle last forever (Toyota ftw)
Option to turbocharge

Cons: 2 door
Premium gas
Small passenger seating
20 yes old vehicles
Its a Lexus that they do not make anymore so parts are rare or top dollar
The list goes on........

Just my two cents but if you want an sc I say get the white one only because I'm bias and I have a white sc
