Default Well guys, I just decided to keep the SC!

Its been a long journey, but I think it is time to move on to something else. I really love this car, but it seems to be too much wrenching to drive it everyday. I feel like I need to tweak something on it all the time. I am not saying I will be gone for good, but for now it is up on the classifieds. I appreciate all the hard work that people have helped me with to get this thing running. I might be back, and I might end up keeping her, but right now it is now for sale. I am looking to make a trade and cash or my SC and cash for a MKIV. Right now I am up for anything.

Thanks guys. Its been a long journey. I feel like I wont even get close to the asking price. You guys are making it hard to sell. I have my eye on two other style cars. One of them is still in the Lexus family. The other, well just a more expensive style Toyota.

I know how it feels Mark .. while building we are all excited and we always say we will keep this car till it falls a part. Damn , my wife can tell you that I have probably said "I will forever keep this car" more than a hundred times with all the cars I have owned. But all those cars are gone .. . Excitement builds while we have something new but then one day the excitement simply fizzles out and we want something else. That is how life is .

Good luck with the sale buddy but don't even ask me trading with one of my MKIV.. .. lmaol !

Thanks guys. I have been on Ebay and Craigslist already. No calls yet. I have told everyone that I will prolly regret this, like I have all the other cars, but I will keep it if the price or offer is not even close.

Mark, I understand exactly where you are coming from. At the same time, how does moving from one 20 year old jz car to another 20 year old jz car help? Lol. I guess if you get a supra and leave it bpu you will be fine. I think 99.875% of your issues stem from that aem/tune. Good luck regardless sir

Adam, you are prolly correct. The other problem lies that I dont have a reputable local tuner or someone who is willing to go the extra mile to come by and look at it. I could use a helping hand, unfortunately for me, everyone who knows anything about JZ's are far away. Jerry has done a great job by reviewing each map I have sent him and went out of his way to help. Roger has also done what he could as well. Both of these guys have been lifesavors on troubleshooting my car. I think if I had a few small issues fixed and a local tuner I would keep it without a shadow of a doubt. No questions asked. Too much time, money and effort into this thing. I prolly have 30k in it, and I am not exaggerating. Car is only worth maybe 4,500 or so.
