Default Bodykits, wheels etc...where?

Hi there Lexus Lovers

Two things first:

1. I'm new here, so hello everyone

2. I'm from Holland, so please don't mind little failures in my text

I've got a little question (or more, don't know yet) I'm Lexus minded all over and I'm happy to tell that we own three (check sig) My next purchase is going to be the SC400.

The SC400 however has never been officially available in Holland, but there are about 10 to 15 imported. Maybe with a little luck I can buy one in a couple of weeks. Colour is blue, which is going to be painted in platinum/silver with tinted windows (O it's going to be nice)

But...there's always a but, if I want to have a bodykit....where do I go?? And now it's your turn. It's no problem to ship one to the Netherlands, but I still need some advice from you guys. You have the experience with the SC400 and know what's available.

For short:

Could you please give me some advice which bodykit is/are very nice and good quality? Links are ok, maybe some pics are nice too.

Also, I guess you guys like to do it, advice me of some nice wheels. I think 19" would really look great, what's good quality.

And off course, maybe you have some own ideas what I can do. Things what also would look great on the car. Let your creativity go

I thank you very much and hope to see lots of usefull replies.

Hi and welcome aboard! Every newcomer starts with questions and the first answer every newcomer gets is "Use the search function. Every question you have has probably already been asked and answered!". The search function really is good here. The archives contain a vast wealth of info.

With that said, I'll get you started with a link to some different body kits (if the moderators will still let us use links?!?):

Body Kits

As for wheels, there's a whole forum about wheels and you'll get as many different opinions as there are members

Good luck and bring back your questions after looking around some.

Exclamation Don't buy from GT Autosports...

Here's a list of bodykits with pictures for you: http://www.intellexual.net/faq.htm#06 My favorites are pretty much Auto Couture or Wald, very subtle euro designs. The best part is both companies specialize in Benzes too so there should be some local vendors in Europe for you to deal with, as opposed to buying from Japan. My favorite wheels of the moment for the SC are Work Equips, high quality JDM....

Sizes from 17-20"

I only got quotes from my local dealer for silver with polished lip 20x8.5 ($988.40/each) and 20x9.5 ($1009.40/each), which totals $3995 a set.

You guys in Cali are lucky. Trying to find a decent wheel shop in OKC is just not possible. 95% of the places I've gone to have never heard of SSR. I went to one place and turned right around when I saw some guy getting his picture taken with some chrome 15's that looked like painted plastic on his Olds Achieva.

As soon as my dirtbike sells, I'll be getting some new wheels. Been aiming for the SSR GT-3's, but maybe someone can post up some pics of other 5 spoke wheels that will fit TT brakes.
