My coolant reservoir crack at the top part near the sensor and it leak. Have any one custome it? or repair it.

Most new car hide there coolant reservoir under the fender. I think thats a good idea. Is there a custom coolant reservoir kit we can modify?

hmm if you can see the leak then you can probably repair it with silicone or something like that

if you cant see it or cant fix it just buy a replacement from Lexus

yeah mine is leaking and im gonna have to replace it its either 160.00 part or 180.00 part...depending on where you get it from its 3 parts total

After 5+ trouble-free years, mine started leaking at the level sensor as well, just as I changed over to Dex-Cool (I'm hoping that was just a coincidence).

I tried replacing the o-ring, but that didn't help. One thing that helped was trying various levels of tightness of the level sensor- backing off on it didn't expand the hairline crack as much.

Another post mentioned limited success with PVC cement.
