Default help with passenger door

i drive a 95 sc300, anyways the passenger door seems to be stuck! the handle inside is broken off but still able to move. the out side handle seems like its not catching anything the problem is i cant get the panel off with out opening the door. has this happened to anyone else? know what i should try? also the window goes a little more than half way down so something might be blocking it i assume?

its impossible to take it apart without opening the door. its also impossible to open the door with the panel on. and by the sound of it is impossible to open the door. lol. i went through the same thing. but my panel was already halfway broken so i just took off the top screws of the panel off and bend it if i recall correctly.

Sounds like the door actuator rod popped off or either broke off if you're not able to get in from the outside. The inside on the other hand only involves a cable, but to access it you have to take the panel off and it connects to the inside door handle. Blue is handle and black is your lock cable. Hope this helps
