Thats a nice perk from the last owner to you, spoiler and skirts look very nice on your car. Thanks for the heads up.

Yep, that's the Kaminari. The same one I'm going to get. Kaminari is based out of Socal, so the spoiler is only like $120 with the LED brake light. Looks nice rushgator, do you have any more pics of it? Thanks!

Based on the pic in the photos on both spoilersforless and spoilerdepot sites, they seem to have used WingWest's catalog shot. However, all wings are not made equally. The factory is a high quality piece that is smooth and pit-less. The WingsWest are pretty pitted and may require some work by a body shop to get it to look right. Other cheaper models found on auction sites for $150 and less are usually copies of the wingswest model. They are fiberglass and will depend on the skill level of that shop. I would be the MOST concerned about the 92-96 spoiler because it actually has to sit flush with the entire trunk. A slight problem and you will never get it to work correctly.

I get wings painted for about $100. If it took two times to do it right + prep work, I would get the OEM. Yeah it is $300+ but it is perfect and built better. I believe it is ABS blow mold.

i agree that the OEM is obviously much higher in quality but to me its just a spoiler so its not too big of a deal. a cousin of mine bought one from spoiler depot and im pretty imrpressed with it (98 gs300). it came prepainted and he never had a problem putting it on.

but as said earlier not all spoilers are made equal, ill most likely wind up buying one from spoiler depot w/o the brake light and hope all goes well.

Hey Rich were can you get the spoiler for 120? The kit looks pretty good, I didn't like those pics before because I am not a big fan of that color red. How much for the whole kit?

Question i unno?

i like the 94-96 spoilers just cause it looks clean but recently the 97-00 tails have been growing on me. i have an aftermarket spoiler i dont know who made it but its basically a not so much bigger version of the 94-96 spoiler with led brake which kinda sucks cause i have the stock brake light from inside the care and the one on the tail.........oh yeah i like the 94-96 spoiler

Just unhook the third brake light... so it doesn't light up. Can anyone confirm that this won't put that warning light that says you have a burnt bult. It is easy to get to, just pull the bottom part of the seat straight up, 3 bolts to take off the back part, lift the rear deck carpet up a little and unplug it. 15-30 min job. And you can't break anything

If you want a factory replacement with the brake light then PM me. I have a used trunk lid with the factory spoiler on it and they are both in great shape. You can have the spoiler or the whole thing if you want.

I'm not saying this cuz I have it but I really like the 92-96 spoiler. I think it's perfect. After that I like that Kamanari one. Looks good and flows better than the 97+ imo.

IMHO, 92-96 is a must for all kitted cars.. 97+ spoilers are a MAYBE for non-kitted cars.. I haven't seen a kitted car with a 97+ spoiler that flows right..
