how can i adjust the headlights and change bulbs

how do i change the parking lights inside my head lights
how can i get that bulb out that is in the headlight fiture. the little bulb when you turn on you parking lights. I reached behind the lights and all i felt was two wires coming out, is it hard to do and can i get them anywhere besides the dealer.

how can i adjust the headlight low beam
One of my head light are facing to high up in the air. if you look at behind the light you see a couple of plastic bolt-like things sticking out, does anyone have pic that will show me exactly which one to turn

You can do a search of the forum to get several answers about adjusting and removing the headlights.
To remove the lamps, there are 3 bolts. Two are in the fender and will require you to remove the splash guard inside the wheel wells. Once you get the entire headlight out, you can easily figure out the adjustments.

for adjusting headlight (vertical direction):

<- Beam is upward Bean is downward - >
I believe the plastic bolt is for the horizontal direction.
and the the metal bolt is for the vertical direction.
