Forget the spacers, I need a set of wheels with better offsets. 
I"m not sure which projectors you're talking about so i'll just list all of them. Low beams are stock, high beams are ebay's(very bad output, shines very high. I just use them for the looks) The fogs are retrofitted with es300 fogs. If i remember correctly, they came off a 93.

Is it possible to buy the eBay headlight housing by itself. Like no ghetto led light things included? Just the housing it comes in?
If they sell this by itself just the housing it would be amazing. Can you please share what you did to acquire the housing?
