Default Opinions on my idea. (Exhaust)

Hello all,

I recently have decided that I want to do some exhaust work on my SC400 so it'll sound more aggressive. I LOVE the sound of the V8 and I want to unleash it. I do not care for quiet exhaust on my vehicles.

Anyways my thought was to replace the stock resonators with appropriate sized glasspacks and replace the mufflers with Flowmaster Super 10 series or Dynomax Race Bullets along with a high flow cat. Any thoughts?

i recommend resonators over glass packs.
ive actually never heard of/heard in person a vehicle with glass packs instead of resonators.
so you could be the guinea pig

Do it once, do it right...correct?

I would suggest a full 2.5'' from stock mani's back, high flow cats, x-pipe, and then your choice of mufflers, nothing additional unless your trying to keep noise levels down, which the x-pipe will help with anyway. Changing just the resonators and throwing mufflers on is only going to do so much for the sound, and minimal for performance. Why not gain both and do a full exhaust.
