was looking at everyone's favorite auction site today, came across a 97Sc400 in red with only 28k miles, they're asking 33grand for the beast though
I bought a 2007 SC430 with 11K miles on last year with a clean title from Mike Love in mint condition for $30K. My wife gets a kick out of playing Endless Summer with the top down
$33K seems a little silly even if it was still brand new and untitled.

if were talking about a "brand new" never driven, unregistered sc then maybeeee.
I wouldn't get near that with a ten foot pole. Barely used like that means cracked everything.
No kidding. Same topic came up this week in the LS400 forum, the poster regrets buying the low-mileage grandma special, since he had to replace everything to get it working 'right'...

I bought my 97 SC4 with 99k miles. I think I'd much rather buy a higher mileage one that's had all the damn bushings and mounts already replaced. I've 125k miles on my car now and have had to replace the front suspension, motor and tranny mounts, and rack n pinion. It still ain't right yet.
