Car will not start.. Is it the starter?

Default Car will not start.. Is it the starter?

i have checked battery, starter relay, tried jumping it nothing. heres a video of what it does exactly... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OOqIu...ature=youtu.be when i turn the key it clicks once, or sometimes rapid fire clicking.. WTF?

I think it is the starter man. Good luck with that.

Sounds like battery is having no charge. You might want to see if you have dim lights and stuff like that to verify it.
Check battery first.

If the battery has been tested and working, the starter is your culprit. Seized starter.
