Default what DIY write up do you want?

Well guys i have noticed many diy threads here are ancient, links are dead, detail is lacking etc...

So ive decided i will do diy at request if its in my plans for the car.

That being said here are my plans. (All parts are in so everythings starting now as time permits)

Cars a 95 sc3 auto

-w58 5 spd swap
-coilovers
-boost (pieced together kit with a garrett t04b)
- ^^ arp studs and mhg too

This is the basis of what im doing now but you can adk for a diy of anything that is included in the process of any of these things. As long as i can do it i will include it. Even if its something as simple as routing a gauge, or installing the clutch it doesnt matter. Hope i can help some people out.

I got the w58 with bellhousing for 300, thats why. Once it goes i will either go r154 or the Z 6spd. The swap is the same guidelines though. You will just need r154 driveshaft, clutch n such.

diy for arp studs and headgasket!

A lot of people would find that useful (since I know at least I haven't torn an engine apart yet!)

What links are dead?

I have checked several links in the correct section, but all are working. The R154 and W58 have been done. Check the build thread section for a turbo install, including mine. There are many different needs and goals for everyone, so this is why there is so many build threads concerning boost.

They arent dead but i think they are lacking detail. (mainly the 5spd ones)

A lot of this is really common sense once you actually get your hands on it. But then again I have seen some idiot put his turbo center cartridge upside down, being fed from the bottom...

I vote for build the auto - not swap to a manual... as speed/power is important to you hence the plans to boost - so why waste time/money on a manual ¿?

but id love to see someone do a DIY for Coilovers on these cars - or UAC bags on coils.
