I have seen this car last time we had the GS400 intake shootout at SP.
Does it belong to an employee there? I am just curious

Yes do they do have some nice cars there. Last time we had the GS400 intake shootout the orange Lamborgini was there and the yellow RX-7 with the 2jzgte engine in it. I think the RX-7 was on the cover of Turbo magazine.
