Go with Bosch Micro-edge.
20" and 21" I believe.

you couldnt go wrong with bosch, always used them.. I am trying now one from Trico Wiper Systems, the teflon blade model, its very very smooth and leaves my windshield very clear and clean in every pass..

try the bosh mirco edge..that's what I have on my car and they work great, even in the snow...But you could also check the new one with teflon..I had them instaled on a monoblade mercedes and they are awsome, what's nice about it is that they never make that sweaky noise..One thing is for sure, you can't go wrong with bosch.

Default micro edge

I just replaced mine the other day with the micro edge - very good improvement over my older ones. Regarding the size you need two different sizes the drivers side in longer then the passenger side like chronoj1 said something like 21 - 20. But you need the staggerd set up

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned the factory Toyota blades. I have found them to be the best around, and yes... I have used Bosch.
