Default Sunroof Problems and fixes

I know a lot of the information in this post can be found in other threads but it is all scattered. I thought I would make it easier by having all the information for the sunroof in one thread.

So my problem is when i attempt to opperate my sunroof in any way it will move like an inch then stopp and start this loud vibration/ grinding sound until i release the button. I am able to reverse in the opposite direction only the same amount. I do not know if this is a weak motor or what. I am able to fully open and titlt if i assist it while turning the manual screw. So i dont believe anything is blocking it. Any ideas or help would be great! Thanks!
