SC400 vs G35 Coupe?

I'm still waiting on the next Supra in 04
The next Supra that will rival the 350z is going to be the benchmark econo speeder.
But yeah..from that picture..I'd take the 350z...but the front of the infiniti G35 looks nicer. Take the infinit front pluz the 350z rear and u got it perfect. I bet SOMEONE (like the guy who put GS400 lights on a civic) will try it.

oh yeah and a manual tranny
have to wait and see what happeneds when people turbo that engine, but I think it has some potental.
forgot to add that I would take the G35 in less than a sec. over a automatic sc400

Sounds like Japan now.. turbo Soarers vs Skylines, Supras, lots of SR20DET Sylvias.. Wouldn't it be nice if in a couple years there are oodles of powerful, turbocharged Japanese cars? Drifting, more drag racing than the cops could ever hope to handle, a busted-open aftermarket..

same w/the SC430
Same feeling goes towards the back of the SC430. See the trend for sculpted taillights in japanese cars lately?
Definitely a trend..trying to copy germany
It's going to go out..

SC400 vs 350Z vs G35 COUPE?
What do you guys think? Money is an issue here.
98-99 SC400- essentially a $60K car when new, dead reliable, top quality, amazing resale value, Lexus namelate.
350Z- appeal ...questionable reliability, quality, resale....etc
G35- appeal...ditto as 350z
Can't really decide, heart tells me go with a G35, bank account says used SC400. How would you guys compare the 3?

The 350z will be very common before long. Not a luxury car, more sporty.
The G35 is nice. I like the looks, but the interior doesn't have the Lexus feel to it. (reminds me more of a Subaru)
Both of the above Nissans are made in Japan, typically Nissan's Japanese cars have good reliability, whereas their american made cars are barely above average. But these specific configurations don't have much time on them.
SC400 has the reliability to go to 300k miles, the interior is very classy, fit and finish top notch. The interior looks nicest/most like a luxury car should.
The sc400 is a proven design. But a 10 year old one. The 350/G35 is a new design.
The real answer is to go test drive them, and see how they drive to you.

sc300 vs. 350z......opinions please
what are your opinions of the 350z. i am having a bit of a dilema, trying to decide if i would like to continue to be a part of the sc world, or to take a bold journey and try out the 350....i love the design of the 350z........had a chance to test drive and it was very impressive......i also like the idea that a tall guy can fit into a 2 seater, which is pretty rare since im 6'7.
what do you guys think??
