Default Changed: my sc400 buying experience

I have a ls400 for a few years. these are on a sc400 I am thinking of buying.

ok this car had a few issues even with only 112k miles. top of driver door panel was cracked. weird thing I noticed was when you turn on the rear defroster the stereo would turn off? wth is that about. it had a leaking power steering pump. normal I know. but for the price they were asking it should not have had any of those issues. the weird rims. car would not idle. I waited and waited and waited for them to bring a IAC. I finally left.

there is another car I have been looking at. a 93 with 154k 1 owner a woman and it has all dealer service. garaged. royal emerald green. something wrong with the driver door hinge. either it has gone bad or they backed into something. who knows. but I know its a $300 fix. so I will ask them to take $300 off. will post pics tomorrow. if I decide its the one.

Ok... so here she is. unmolested. washed but not waxed or even whipped down yet. she isn't perfect. But ohhhh does she ride smooth at all speeds. only thing not factory is the double din pioneer. speedo and tach are burnt out but working one other bulb is out. someone backed up with the door open so gotta get that fixed. but seller had a written estimate they took the price of that off the price of the car. so I made out real good. all dealer serviced. antenna works just doesn't go down all the way. guessing it need to be taken apart cleaned and relubed.

love those factory rims. Same ones that I have on mine. If you're planning on getting rid of yours, I would be interested in them. As mine are beginning to show a lot of chrome peeling.

only the rear left is doing that but there is a new one in the trunk. yes I will be getting rid of them. but not this week. maybe in a few weeks. will let you know. this is a Texas Lexus. It will be staying here not going back to Orlando. so now I have a car when I come here to the DFW area and my LS for when I go home to the Orlando area.
