Hey, Taka...seems like I know you...you're very helpful in this forum.

I've tried many sheepskin covers (not including Costco).

The primary problem with any "generic/1 size fits all" cover is the shape and base of our seats....nothing fits...regardless of quality of skin ($30-$300)...


I have been very happy with a Sagaz partial cover that is a "natural shape" skin that just covers the from the headrest to your knees in the center of the seat..nice looking..covers the cracks..easy to fit and not too expensive (@$60)..but hard to find..

I need another; if I find it, I'll let you know.

There are semi-custom ones that will fit nicely and they won't cost you a fortune. The strips you are talking about are hard to find.

The thing with those is that it doesn't protect the part of the seat that gets most of the damage. The edge of the seat where you slide in and out of the car is the part that usually wears out the quickest. Having a cover over this area will prevent your seat from cracking/ripping any further.

When you say sheepskin, I think "fuzzy material that was "in" in the 70's-80's..."

Does anybody have a picture of these?
