Personally i would of asked for service records but it seems like a great deal.

Sorry it took so long to reply but I finally got the car two days ago. Drove it from where I got it, that was 100 miles didnt really have any issues(except those damn altezza tail lights, they make me sad). Yesterday I got plates tk make my baby legal, then got under the hood to see what im working with. We seafoamed the car which it really needed and also removed the rear muffler. Drove like its new, today I do an oil change and junkyard trip for tail lights ill post pic later of my work.

Having the pics of what you started with (both outside and inside) will be a good record when you start to post pictures of your progress.
If the inside was well kept you are ahead of the game and can focus on first mechanical issues before investing in appearance and performance changes. Good luck; these are great cars and rewarding to fix up.
