I've been looking into this myself. I feel like the SC rear bumper is missing an aggressive feature, if you look around there's a thread about the RX-7 FD diffuser fitting the SC with some customer work. I'm going to try retro-fitting it soon myself.

true . i think the hard part is the clay . after that its just adding layers of fiberglass and carbon fiber . i might buy a 2nd bumper to test this on . once i got the clay shaped right it should be cake

Clay is also really expensive. You can visit Chavant.com to get an idea how much a large box of clay will set you back, I think you will be shocked.

I'd think that expanding foam in a can stuff would be the way to go. once it sets up, you can take one of those oscillating saw things and carve it up. if you take off too much you can just squirt a little more on and wait for it to expand and set. then once you got the rough shape, then you could bondo it or clay it to make it perfectly smooth to lay your part up in glass or CF.

im so hot and cold about rear diffusers on our cars. as someone above me said, they lack the aggressive feature. i think you would have to have a vertex rear bumper to really pull it off as they're so aggressive.
