Default An SC by any other name...

Just finished watching the latest Top Gear episode (McLaren P1, Alfa 4C, Tom Hiddleston). Great show, and a great time to be a gear head. I digress.

Anyway, Jerome made a reference to the Peugeot 106 having a name after the model designation... In this case, the Zest. It made me think of the Ferrari 430 CS, which stood for Challenge Stradale.

So, if we were to take the model letters to make up a name for what it stood for, what would it be?

Rule: no car parts or terms allowed here, so no SC = Super Charged.

SC = Sup? Chillin. OR. Scandalous Carriage.

ES = Extra Starch

GS = Go Supersonic

LS = Luxury Shuttle

Deep thoughts, anyone?

Uh, sports coupe? Come on man.
As for es, I'd assume entry sedan, no idea for gs, ls maybe luxury sedan. Don't know don't really care, not into being creative with words. I do know that the Lexus name is an acronym for Luxury EXport to the US.

Forget playing with words, guys. It's a game, just like that picture game proposed in the other thread. No WordSmith fans here?

I'm surprised about the acronym, though. Makes sense.

ES30000000, I call foul on the end of the thread. That's too easy, and SCers are better than that.

The number represents the liter size of the engine.....ie. sc300 (3.0 Liter) and sc400(4.0 Liter)..this is also used by many other manufactures as well
