Door actuator
I have a 2013 300H
took it to Lexus twice for random alarm going off
they suggested I replace the door lock actuator for 1100
they were not sure it would work
they kept it for a few days and it never went off
so frustrating
not sure I want to spend 1100 for something that might not work

An issue I had similar with my 2009 dodge was my key fob was actually dirty and sticky where a soda spilled on it or something... the alarm button was constant activated, took it apart and cleaned it up problem fixed for me...
I'd take your 300h somewhere else where it will actually get some attention or figure it out here and fix it yourself.
Dealerships wont put in the time to replicate your issue sometimes.. oh heres a $200 parking bill.
