need help 97 tail disassembly

Default need help 97 tail disassembly

Hey guys I'm really having trouble removing the diffuser inside the 97 tails I posted a picture and accidentally cracked a bit of the edges but not too much. Wondering on some help if I'm just doing this wrong

Use a little more heat to get past the glue on the edges. Along with patience, precision pulling.

i sepparated it , im having trouble taking off the diffuser part, unless im missing something.

Sorry , about that that was for the headlights not the tails.
