Hey guys so my SC400 will start for about 3 seconds sputter and die, If i keep my foot a little on the gas sometimes it'll sputter for a few more seconds then die. I cleaned the IACV and still had the same issue i ran the codes today and i got

Code 14 Ignition Signal
Code 15 Ignition Signal
Code 31 Air Flow Meter Signal
Code 78 Fuel Pump Control

I did the 12v fuel pump mod so I'm not sure if thats whats causing code 78, also i can hear the pump run when i move the key to on position… I tested the MAF from my running SC300 and it didn't make a difference. Could it be ignition coils? if so do i need to change both? any help would be appreciated, I have used the search tool but nothing seems very definitive or when people seem to get there car running they never update the post with what fixed the problem

Changed the drivers side ignition coil and nothing.... tested same new coil on passenger side and problem is still here
