My 93' has Daytime running lights, you have to have them in Canada... after a certain year or else your car is not road legal.
If I ever decided to bring a SC up from the states or any car for that matter I have to make sure I put in daytime runnings and some other stuff as well.

Oh don't get me wrong, it is probably harder to outrun them here since we don't really have freeways like you guys do, but think of how imposible it would be if they could just see your lights on... they could spot you a mile away.

A good way to find out the options of past SC's (and other Lexus' for that matter) is to go to the lexus website, click the certified pre-owned link at the top, and then click model library. It will list all the vehicles back to 1997 and give you all the info about them. It's very helpful
