Hardtop lexus sc300
#51
I prefer hardtops over sunroofs for all of the stated reasons. There's no maintenance, they never leak, lighter, lower center of gravity, more headroom, stiffer, etc. I own two other cars that have sunroofs and I can count the number of times that Ive had either of them open on one hand. Everybody is different and we all have different priorities, manual vs automatic, blue vs red, six vs eight, stock vs modded....its all good, and there is no right or wrong answer.

Did everyone miss the Ferrari Testarossa just hanging out with the other cars in this picture?
Soarer1988, the hardtop looks great! Congratulations and nice work on it!
Does anyone know the last model year for hardtop SC300's? Most of them seem to be 1992's and a few 1993's.

Took this photo a while ago, an interior shot of my SC400 hardtop
Its a little disappointing because the dark smudges or shadows are not visible to the naked eye. To the naked eye its just a smooth texture. To me the amazing thing has always been the like new condition its in. No rips, tears, wear of any kind, no hanging threads. Really top quality material. I have never cleaned it or really even touched it.

Up front the visors and light controls of a hard top. Even the center visor I never noticed before...ha ha
