Just got a sc400
Just picked up a 93 sc400 today. Has 150k miles on it. Purrs like a kitten. Drives smooth and I'm really enjoying it so far. Now the bad both the front fenders have dents, the radio does not work, and the interior is shot. Gonna change all the fluids and get new tires asap. This is my first sc, any advice or sc owner tip are welcomed.

Welcome to CL, sounds like a great project car? Check out the "sticky" at the top of the section...tons of great information up there, as well as some great D.I.Y. write ups. What's your plans for it? Any pics of the SC? I see you're in NC? What part if you don't mind me asking?

Nice buy, any pics?
My only advice would be to fix all mechanical problems first. I made the mistake with my first SC of doing dumb mods like a $400 radio, when it wasn't running good. Audio means a lot to me though. So before you go buying interior parts, and radio goodies, make sure it's 100% reliable. Check the history, previous owners receipts, and go from there. Seafoam, spark plugs and wires is a good start, and pretty easy on a mechanical level.
Also Sewell Lexus has great prices for ClubLexus members. If you need OEM parts they're a great place to look.

Does the head unit turn on and show a station number, if yes it could be 2 common problems with this model. The amp got fired due to the water tube moving out of it drain hole and funneling into the cars trunk near the amp, if rusted the amp is dead. Next possible problem are the cheaply made stock speakers as I expericed this problem when I lost sound. The sun/heat from the rear window. Check out the DIY links that will help U do these steps good luck!

Thanks a lot guys. When I turn the radio on all I hear is pop pop pop and the cd changer in the back makes noise. Also the spot where the antenna is makes a weird noise. But from what I see people saying on here it looks like its best to just upgrade.
