I have hids in my fogs and for about the whole winter it did not come on about a week ago it did light. and tonight when I switched my high beams really quick it just went out.And would not light up again. I plan to get underneath and change it out complete bulbs and ballast from 8k to 6000k

I've been battling this issue for years with both regular halogens and HID's. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I would check the actual harness clip and make sure the ground is good. Let us know what you find out.

I'm sure it's just plugs being loose. Happens to mine too with the headlights.

I've had that problem too with my hid fogs. Mainly on the driver side. For a while when i noticed that the driver side wasn't on, i would have to turn the fog on and off (sometimes continuously) until it came on. One day that just didn't work anymore and came to find out that the ballast went bad.

I tried to fix the problem it just cannot be done. i tried my best to take out the fog light completely just would not budge so I buttoned everything back up and that was it.I don't have the patience to Do it myself
