Leaky SC400. Need advice and a good mechanic in MD/VA/DC

Bought a 92 with 65K. Fixed a bunch of stuff on it back then. Reliable to a friggin fault but she's at 109K two years later and starting to leak/seep a little everywhere at the engine. I was told cam plug, valve cover gasket, probable main seal and timing cover gasket.
Expected. But I think I am gonna commit to the car long-term so I need pricing/hours on this job and a great, trust-worthy mechanic (shop or great personal wrench-turner) in the DC area who can do this and not take skin graphs and a kidney for payment.
This isn't one I wanna try myself. All help and tips are appreciated.
