Default Fuse Box Help!

Is there suppose to be a fuse in that missing slot, and it looks like two fuses are wired together? I don't know the first thing about electrical issues but this doesn't look right, also one side of the sunroof won't tilt and maybe this is why? Thanks for your guys help.

do you still have the cover of that fuse box ? underneath is the label for the fuses. No , those two fuses are not supposed to be wired together neither they have anything to do with the sunroof.

The one on top which is 7.5 ampere is an IGNition fuse and the one below it is the CIGarettle ligther fuse.

If your sunroof tilts on one side and not on the other , then it is more a mechanical issue rather than a motor. There is only one motor up there for the sunroof if I remember it right.

I figured it was a mechanical issue but it didn't hurt to ask... Why do you think they were wired together? And it's the fuses parallel to eachother that are wired. I just bought the car a few months ago and it did not come with the cover

Always-on 12V power to the cig. lighter instead of ACC keyed, maybe? Might have been for charging a cell phone when the car isn't running?

The fuse boxes and relays are a challenge on these cars.

I need to replace my fuse box now, as it's taking a dump and preventing my car from starting!
