I'm going to find the strongest detergent for injectors I can find at autozone/oreilys and then drive her 150ish miles back to SA. That should help clean out her system. As for blowing up exhausts...I hope not.
I just want the car to run PERFECTLY as I'm in the market for a 2006 Jeep Wrangler LJ Rubicon, and I'm hoping my car can fetch me some good value but it won't if it's running "oddish".
I also have a feeling it was partly my fault and partly the starter. This new starter has been acting up since day 1. And when the dieseling event occurred, the car had been sitting for 2 days and I turned it on moved it and shut her down all within 1 minute so she was ICE cold.
From now on I'll be warming up the car.
