Car seat in sc400
I have a friend who has is whole back seat disassembled. We people told him that it is all right to put his rear facing carseat in the car without the upholstery in. He still has the seat belts installed and they work fine. I told him I would ask around to double check as to I am not sure either. He lives in South Carolina. He said the seat fits better and stuff without the rear seat installed. Does anyone know if this is safe and legal in SC or should he put his seat back in? Thanks.
