Damn , those are nice SCs. You make my cars look like sh?t . I do hope time will come my SCs will look as nice as yours externally .
OP - is that a Rideskin Fujin lip and Shine sides / back bumper ? Damn , I like it !
Let me contribute on this thread , my modified SCs.
Vehicles : 3 x 1992 SC400 in 3 Generation SC OEM Looks . No more emissions / inspections in 18 months !
Wheels/Brakes: Got to put that power down on the road -> Weld RT 15x10 with MT ET Street Drag Radials 325/50R15 , MKIV 16x9 with MT ET Street Drag Radials 295/50R16 , ADR 18x11 with MT ET Street Drag Radials 305/35R18
Body/Exterior:: For now they look like sh?t . As soon as all my 3 SCs have the power trains / drive trains I want in them, the exterior / aesthetic side modifications will commence. Looks are the least of my concern right now but hopefully they will all look good eventually . I will try to keep them stock looking though since they are my SLEEPER Toys. Got to fool all these new +$80k cars that I have a sh?tty & slow car.
Suspensions: Megan LP coilovers, KW Sport coilovers , RS-R springs with Tokico Shocks
Interiors : Black & Tan , Black with Red Stiches , All Black
Engine: Lots of mods...this is where they are heavily modified so they can support my ego on the streets. Most important part of the car for me. For now , I am just concentrating on the power trains / drive trains and of course the interior since that is where I spend my time while driving . Got to be comfortable and not have a trashy looking surroundings , you know !
Red Mamba One - 1997-2000 OEM Look
Engine Bay:
Interior : Black and Tan
Red Mamba Two - 1992-1994 OEM Look
Engine Bay :
Interior : Black with Red Stiches
Exterior : For now this is how RM2 looks like with its 20" wheels. They would have to go once I start pushing it above 600rwhp. It will have the ADR 18x11 with 305/35r18. Current wheels and tires are just nice looking for now as a daily driver and while on stock twin turbos.
Old Man's Tan - 1995-1996 OEM Look : Under Construction -> This will probably be my favourite among the three since it will have one of the best internals and supporting mods a 2jzgte power plant can have. The plan is it will easily and reliably hold 1200rwhp with the right supporting mods
Engine: 1jz vvti swap, high flow ct15b turbo done by Driftmotion, CX Racing inter cooler, Mishimoto MK4 radiator. Megan coil overs, Blitz Nur Spec single exhaust, Tomei turbo elbow, 3 inch stainless piping from elbow to muffler, LS calipers up front, TT calipers on the rear, SSR SP1 Professor's for the wheels, custom paint and professional heavy body work done, Seibon carbon fiber hood, R154 tranny in the process of putting it in. And I'm sure I missed a few things but oh well.
Vehicles : 3 x 1992 SC400 but 3 Generation SC OEM Looks . No more emissions / inspections in 18 months !
This post adds so much clarification. I always look at your build thread when I have a chance to get on the forums and there is so much information to follow that I'm never sure which car you're working on or how many SCs you actually own.
Wheels: 18x10.5 +22 Ambit rt8 wheels. 15mm spacers in the rear and 5 mm spacers in the front so overall spec is 18x10.5 +7 in the rear 18x10.5 +17 up front. 225 40 18 tires all around
Interior: 98-00 gs steering wheel, junction produce small fusa and kenwood head unit.
Exterior: Diy paver edging lip with custom Carbonfiber splitter, 95-96 tail lights, all lights tinted light smoke, black window trim, rolled fenders, aftermarket antenna, removed oem wing, hic roof spoiler and puddle lights.
1991 Toyota UZZ31 V8.
2.3 litre Whipple supercharger, 440cc inj, custom ground cams, large bore extractors, water/meth inj, rebuilt trans with a 3500 stally, Soarer TT torsen diff, Wolf V500 plug and play ECU, slotted and dimpled rotors, BC coilovers to replace the factory air suspension, Billet Specialties 15x10 and 15x8 wheels, vehicle was given a bare metal respray 7 years ago, but the clear coat is suffering a bit, and will get fixed up later this year.
I used to run Weld wheels, but for some reason one kept getting stress fractures in it, so I got rid of them.
