Default P/S reservoir puking fluid

My SC4 has had a low moaning sound since I got it and when I started it up today it was a little louder than normal so I pulled the cap, with the car running, and it puked fluid out. When I turned the car off and checked the reservoir was dry. Filled it and it went back to a low moaning sound.

The fluid didn't appear to be super foamy so my questions are

low moan with no visible leaks, live with till it dies? replace the pump? or after some reading I've seen where there are some seals that can be replaced. Please educate me on this.

Also someone please explain exactly how to properly phrase my search words so I can get decent search results. When I searched "power steering" I got a butt ton of threads.

Thanks

What I did was try to imagine every way someone may word the issue and search for them all. I had a similar issue. Here is one of my threads as a starting place. I have to try and remember what piece they replaced that worked.

Thank you. I don't mind searching but I never seem to word it right so my results are narrowed down to a managable number of threads.

Did you bleed it thoroughly with the front wheels in the air?
Maybe the pump is going.

I haven't had time to bleed it properly. Planning in draining it and bleeding this weekend.
