Default New SC300 owner!

Picked up my 1998 SC300 yesterday, boy is this thing great! It is so clean, I mean almost as clean as my IS350, save for a little wear on the driver side (no rips or tears, just some creasing). Anyway, I counted ONE ding on the entire car, not one door ding, no large scratches, I was very surprised when I went to pick it up, it has 116k miles on it, everything works, engine is smooth and powerful, hard to tell the difference between it and the SC400 (due to the SC400 shifting SO slowly, even in "POWER" mode). I am totally in love with this car, I got it for $3400 and it is as close to "time-capsule" condition as I would ever want, if it was any cleaner it would be a museum piece and I wouldn't want to drive it

Anyway, I have just a few questions after looking through many of the stickies and FAQ's. In the future I would love to do a Supra/Aristo 2JZ-GTE swap, the difference in my question has to do with the configuration of parts I am thinking of using. Now I should mention that the most I want 400-500whp, my plan was

-Aristo/Supra 2JZ-GTE VVti
-Stock USDM Turbo's OR JDM reworked "hybrid" stock's (GT28's in stock housings)
-Suprastick (have no desire for M/T as a daily driver anymore)

Now I want something as SLEEPER as it gets, something that, other than the turbo spooling, would look and sound like stock. The question is, since I have OBDII and VVti (I specifically wanted the VVti) are there any stock ECU's that I can prior to getting a piggyback or full standalone? The 1998 Supra Turbo seems like a logical choice, could use that wiring harness as well considering it's also a RHD car, any problems doing this?

Obviously I am trying to stick to all stock Toyota parts if I can, and doing this as cheap as possible; what is the best way to go? I know the Aristo GTE's can be had for about $1500 on the low side, Reworked hybrid stock's (using the JDM stock turbo's) runs about $1500. Honestly, I think that I could get by just fine with the 2 stock turbo's (at least for a long time), though finding a set of USDM turbo's would be better, probably very cheap used, have a steel compressor wheels and more. Well let me know if there are any close to "drop-in" swap options I am mising
