Where is the SC400 badge?

Where is the SC400 badge?
Hello there US SC400/SC300 owners. There was a bit of discussion the other day amoungst the Australian Soarer owners about where SC400 badges go on the US release cars. On some cars, the SC400 badge is on the RHS of the bootlid, but on others it is located in the centre under the bootlid. I thought this was an 'age difference' thing. Could anyone clarify the issue?
If one is going to badge their Soarer as a SC400, they may as well get the badges in the right spot!!

Aye Sc4oo is right
I will confirm that Sc4oo is right, on 92 - 96 they are along the bottom of the trunk in the middle and on the 97 - 00 they are on the right side right above the tail lights (were the Soarer badges would be on the JDM Soarers)..........

This is funny. My 96 SC has the SC400 in the top center of the bumper cover (under the L) and my new (to me) 99 is set up exactly the same way. The 99 was rebadged by the dealer to "lose the gold". Did they make a mistake in placement?

LOL that is funny, the Lexus dealership put them back in the wrong place.... Also why did they rebadged it to "lose the gold”??? But if you go on Ebay and look at all the 97+ models you will find every one is over the right side of the taillight.... But that is just funny they put it in the wrong place...
