Default Help -- Wheel Fitment Question

Hi Everyone,

I posted this question in the wheel fitment forum, but so far no reply. I dont think anyone is monitoring it anymore. I do apologize for for the improper placement of this question or for the repeat.

But my question is, I found a set of Volk TE37SL Black edition. They are 5x100 18x8.5 et 35 front and 18x9.5 et 40 rear. In order to get them to fit, I need to get 5x114 to 5x100 adapter. The thinnest I found are 20mm. So with the the new wheels will be

18x8.5 et15
18x9.5 et 20

tires are 245/40/18 on all 4.

Will they fit without any mods eg fender roll? Also my car is 100% stock now. Also will 25mm adapter work as well? From what i am reading on the wheel fitment page, it should work with fender roll?

Buy the right bolt pattern.....

Go down to 35 series tire....

You should be able to do 245 front and 265 rear.....

The Volk were at a steal of a price. So with 35's it wont require any fender rolls? Awesome. Thanks

your wheels will poke all around I had stock height and a 28 in the rear. the wheels came out of the wheel well.
if you plan to lower your car you will have to roll your fenders and add a lot of camber.

I'm not so sure about those facts, its only an 8.5 and 9.5 and those offsets are easily fit in these fenders... Many people run these offsets and many more run far more aggressive sizes without issues. It would be smart to roll the fenders if you lowered the car but I hardly think much camber or pulling will be required at all.
