Correct way to wire the Alternator on 1JZ-GTE SC300 SC400?

Default Correct way to wire the Alternator on 1JZ-GTE SC300 SC400?

Hello, what is the correct way to wire in the alternator on a 1JZ-GTE swapped 92-96 SC.
On my car when I unplug the battery while the car is running the whole car shuts off. Which means that all my accessories are drawing from the battery and not the alternator and my alternator is just charging the battery not keeping my accesories ON.
In a normal vehicle that is not normal
Also my friend was having trouble wiring his up on his swap so....

WHAT is the right way to do this so the alternator is running the entire car not just charging the battery

Black/Yellow:
Used For - Ignition 12v to power regulator and alternator windings
How Its Hooked Up - Ignition switched power aka any 12v switched source.
Size Fuse Needed - 15amp

White:
Used For - Sense charge
How Its Hooked Up- AM1 constant power aka any main power feed.
Size Fuse Needed - 40amp

Yellow with green stripe:
Used For - Battery warning lamp in gauge cluster that is also the regulator ground
How Its Hooked Up- grounded to cluster to any lamp that has 12v source on the other side.
Size Fuse Needed - 7.5amp

What year is your car ? SC300 or SC400 ?

Not all alternators of the SC300 are wired same. Depending on the year , some alternator wiring are incorporated into the engine harness and some are on the bay / body loom . All the SC400 alternator wiring I have seen in the 4 or 5 SC400 I have owned are on the bay / body loom straight to the fuse box.

How was the alternator wiring done on that 1jzgte swap ?
