Photoshoot 1996 SC400 for Dutch magazine
Last week I was asked to participate in a photoshoot for a Dutch youngtimer magazine. The first generation Lexus SC is very rare in The Netherlands because this model was never officially available in the Dutch Lexus lineup.
Today we had a very rainy photoshoot for the article, but the results turned out very nice:

Thank you all for the kind replies.
This SC400 is no concourse condition. It has several small scratches and blemishes, but all paint is 100% original. There is also some wear on the leather of the driver seat bolster. This color is very forgiving on photographs. Besides that it's a great car in a wonderful condition. I'm really looking forward enjoying this for many years and maintaining it properly.
This SC400 was imported brand new from the USA to the Netherlands in 1996. In 1998 it was auctioned at a police impound and bought by a used car dealer with 25.000 miles on the odometer. Today I finally made a phonecall with this (former) car dealer. He told me that he drove it himself for several months before putting it for sale. Unfortunately the SC400 spent over 11 years in his car showroom until he finally sold it in 2010 to the previous owner who sold the car to me last september.

Man its beautiful.
Also, I thought all the SC400 cars left the factory with ground effects and that front lip on the bumper. Guess it was an option most of them had but yours doesn't?? I know my SC300 doesn't have the ground effects or a rear spoiler.
