Need a new intake set up.
I have a 1993 lexus sc400I want to put my own intake on but im not sure how i can do that without unplugging the maf sensor. Does anyone know how to bypass is without cause the check engine light?

Unless there's something magical about the 1UZ that I don't know about, there's no bypassing the MAF. Why would you, anyway? Intakes include parts before and after the MAF.
Unless we're talking about ITBs. Don't really know what all is involved in that.

You're going to have to make it yourself, there is also a BFI mod that you can look up which basically changes the air box instead of the intake itself. It's your business what to do with the car, but I would advise not to "upgrade" your intake. The stock system is very efficient and unless you have experience with custom designs, you'll be most likely limiting power instead of increasing it.

If you are to do it properly be prepared to spend some coin on a custom made 3" MAF-less intake pipe in conjunction with a piggy back engine management system such as the Greddy E-Manage Ultimate + tune. A local tuner on my side of town specializes in this upgrade & the results are terrific.

Like everyone said, you'll have to make an intake that accommodates the MAF, at one point I was going to make a intake for my LS400 and purchased an adapter to allow piping to connect to the flange side, only cost about $15 bucks on eBay. That's a good point to start then measure jot down your plan and execute.
Here's a thread with a variation of the adapter I was referring to:
