Default SC300 Harness Damage Please Help!

Ok, I've been searching around and I can't seem to find the exact answer I'm looking for. Maybe I missed it? Either way, any help would be great.

Well as the story goes... I had to be super cool, super low but most importantly super dumb for not relocating the harness in the*drivers*sidefender*on my 93 2J*SC300.

Okay so I was driving in the rain then I find out my AC/Heater stopped working.. I managed to make it home then checked my fuses I think one was blown so i replaced it then I check again to see if my AC/Heater control worked again but NO.. nothing at all.. so I then checked my wire harness and found that 6-8 wires have been chewed up by my tire from being to low.. so I tried to rewire all the chewed wires back together then I go and try to start it again and it does not want to start or even crank..

I managed to replace all of the wires/harness and ECU from one that i found from a local PickNPull running from driver side kick panel to the engine fuse box to the passenger side ECU but still no luck..

I can hear the starter relay click when I turn it to accessories then when I go to crank it I don't hear anything from the starter.. like there is no power getting to it.

The starter will not crank, no click..nothing. All the*dash lights, f-con, gauges, door locks, power windows etc power on except the AC/Heater Module. The radio suddenly cuts of when I try to crank it.. i hear fuel being pumped to the gas tank when i turn it to accessories..

Any clue on what might have happened there?

I am willing to replace anything to get my baby running again..

Everyones help is very much appreciated.. thanks

I will assume you replace the whole engine bay wiring / fuse box from the same 1993 sc300 donor car right ?

did you check the fuses of the donor fuse box ? are all connectors to both driver side and passenger side floorboard area connected ? ECU harness connector well connected ?

Yes i double checked all of the wiring.. everything is well connected and also double checked all of the fuses they all seem fine when i checked with a voltmeter.. other than that I picked up the harness off a 93 SC as well they all plugged in correctly more ideas or info would be great on how to Diagnose/Repair this..
Thanks again

My connections are all tight.. used a wire brush to clean all of the grounds and make a better connection.. it was running normal until I turned it off then it didn't want to crank so I figured replace the whole harness and ECU but still no luck.. my SC only has 130k btw.. I'm willing to pay if anyone can come by my area in Fremont California or walk me through some diagnoses an hopefully get it fixed myself..

Here are a few things you can try, disconnect/reconnect the battery cables, pull the ecu fuse for 15 sec, like gerrb, I too will assume you replaced the whole engine bay wiring / fuse box. I'm not too sure if the fuse box is exactly the same...I have a spare from an earlier model and it was a different color, not sure if that's a sign that something is different though. In the fuse box on the left there are fuses that are screwed in, 60A or 150A, don't remember exactly but wiggle it around a bit or take the clear plastic cap off and check it with the multi meter. Also, try switching ecu's again the junk yard one may be bad or may not work properly with the 97 engine. I hope you get this figured out, I will try to see if i can find my spare fuse block to see if they are similar.
