Leave ABS ECU unplugged?

Leave ABS ECU unplugged?
I was just wondering if anyone knows if there would be any problem leaving the ABS ECU unplugged (I have it out because my engine ECU is being rebuilt). I plan on installing Supra TT brakes all around and doing the rest of the ABS delete soon.
